Underwriter

Full-Time

The Underwriter is responsible for reviewing business financing applications, analyzing risk factors, evaluating supporting documentation, and assisting in funding decisions across multiple financing products. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to evaluate business performance, banking activity, and overall qualification strength.

Salary Range $70,000 to $95,000

Responsibilities

  • Review business financing applications
  • Analyze bank statements and supporting documents
  • Evaluate risk and underwriting criteria
  • Communicate with brokers and internal teams
  • Request additional documentation when needed
  • Assist with structuring financing approvals
  • Maintain accurate underwriting records

Qualifications

  • Prior underwriting or financial analysis experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to review financial documents and banking activity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercial finance experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Business Finance Broker

Non-Remote

The Business Finance Broker works directly with business owners to identify financing needs and present funding solutions across a variety of commercial finance products. This role is sales-driven and relationship-focused, requiring strong communication skills, follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships throughout the funding process. This is an in-office position.

Base Salary $55,000 to $80,000
Commission Uncapped
Earnings Potential High Six-Figures
Full-Time Non-Remote / In-Office

Responsibilities

  • Speak with business owners regarding financing needs
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Present funding options and financing solutions
  • Collect required documentation
  • Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline activity

Qualifications

  • Sales or finance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Commercial finance experience is a plus
